Q: What is my first steep to enroll?
Schedule a tour with the center to see everything that we have to offer and how we are able to meet your child care needs.

Q: Are we Licensed?
Yes, all our child care learning center is licensed and monitored by the Ohio Department of Job & Family services. Trinity Learning Center carefully follows and complies all regulations set forth ODJFS. The name and telephone number of each center’s licensor is posted at on-site.

Q: Do the Trinity Learning Center Childcare facility have secured entrances?
Yes, we have a secured front door and surrounding classrooms doors that stays locked at all times. Parents purchases key-fobs which allows access to enter the building. We also have intercoms and video cameras within all classrooms.


Q: What is the educational level of the teachers?
Teachers meet or exceed all state requirements. Teachers are required to have a minimum of Bachelors degree’s, Associates degree in Education or a CDA with Early Childcare experience.

Q: How are parents kept informed about their child’s progress?
We take great care to verbally communicate with parents on a daily basis at drop off and pick up times. We also utilize and Daily Remind App that correspondence with families as needed. We also complete quarterly progress reports as well as evaluations and observations throughout the year and offers a parent conference each time. Parents are welcome to schedule a teacher meeting any time they want to speak about their child, or any issue in their child’s classroom.

Q: Can TLC administer medication?Yes. TLC does administer Medications. Staff attends specialized trainings each year and takes the exam every three years to keep up to date on State Standards. Parents must obey guidelines set by The State of Ohio. Medications are only given if the proper forms are signed by parent and physician and given to us along with the medication in its original container, labeled with the child’s full name. According to Ohio State regulations, all paperwork must be completely filled out and submitted before administering medication to any child.


Q: Are any family events scheduled throughout the year?
Yes, we have our annual Harvest Ball, Christmas Programs, Graduations, Fun Day – Field Day, Field trips, and Etc.… We also have classroom parties and events throughout the year that we invite parents and families to.

Q: Do parents have to volunteer their time at the center?
No, but they may visit their child’s classroom at any time (no longer the 30 min). We have an open door policy for parents.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30am-6:00pm.

Q: What are the tuition fees?
Tuition at each center varies according to the age of the child being enrolled and rather children are enrolled on a full time or part time enrollment begins at 6-weeks – 12 years old. More information about fee schedule is discussed during tour.

Q: What ages does Trinity Learning Center serve?
We serve children 6 weeks to 12 years old. For more information about our childcare programs.

Q: What type of curriculum is followed at Trinity Learning Center?
Lesson Plans are written weekly by the teachers. Our childcare programs involves developmentally appropriate activities involving areas such as: sensory, math, reading, writing, science, and small and gross motor activities as well as Faith based principles. Our overall goal is for each child to develop a sense of positive self –esteem, self- confidence, and self-worth by providing the foundation for children to prepare them for school readiness.
